"INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS IN LIVESTOCK FARMING"
An international scientific and practical conference on this topic was held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology.
The conference focused on the consolidation of modern research in animal husbandry, the exchange of best practices, as well as the sustainable development of the industry. Professors and teachers of leading higher education and research institutions, scientific staff, young scientists, graduate students and students actively participated.
As part of the conference, such distinguished scientists as the rector of the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology, Professor Khudoynazar Yunusov, Professor of Osh State University Abdugani Abdurasulov, A. Bulekova from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University named after Zhangir Khan, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor of the K.A. Timiryazev Kazakh State Agrarian University Yusupjan Yuldashbaev, Doctor of Science of Kirsehir Ahi Evren University (Turkey) Koray Kirikchi, Professor of SamSUVMLB Dustmukhammad Kholmirzayev expressed their views on topical issues such as strengthening the ecological, economic and scientific and technical foundations of the animal husbandry sector, and strengthening the integration of science and production.
Many scientific articles were presented for this scientific and practical conference. Among them, various areas such as animal selection, breeding, feeding technologies, veterinary and preventive measures, ecological approaches to livestock farming, genetic analysis methods and biotechnological innovations are covered, which reflect the effective results of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field.
The role of the conference in strengthening international scientific ties is also of particular note. In particular, the participants highly appreciated the reports of Professor Soli Bazarov of SamSUVMLB on “The current state of Karakul breeding in Uzbekistan and prospects for its development” and Professor Dosmukhamedova of Tashkent State Agrarian University on “Selection and breeding work in livestock farming and conducting breeding accounting on farms”.
This conference will undoubtedly serve as the next important step in the innovative development of the livestock sector in our republic.
