A CONFERENCE WAS HELD AT THE ACADEMIC LYCEUM OF SAMSUVMLB ON THE TOPIC "CURRENT ISSUES OF THE MODERN CONTINUING EDUCATION SYSTEM IN NEW UZBEKISTAN."
The conference was held in the areas of topical issues of the modern system of continuous education in academic lyceums of higher educational institutions and their solutions and prospects, modern methods of teaching exact, natural, social sciences and foreign languages in academic lyceums.
Opening the conference with an introductory speech, the rector of SamDVMCHBU, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, touched upon the relevance and importance of the conference topic and wished success in its activities.
The rector also noted that the gradual development and improvement of the continuous education process in our country has become one of the most important tasks of our state policy, the establishment of Presidential, creative and specialized schools and academic lyceums, and the goal of establishing these educational institutions in a new format is to form mature personnel who can compete with the youth of the world in acquiring knowledge, while widely introducing advanced technologies into the educational process.
He also emphasized the role of teachers in training personnel who can compete with the world in today's education in Uzbekistan.
In this regard, he noted that special attention is paid to the introduction of digital technologies and modern methods into the higher education system, an important part of continuing education, and that the strategic goals and objectives aimed at developing higher education, based on the needs and demands for the next several decades, also include the issue of training personnel with higher education.
The conference was also divided into sections, where executive directors of a number of academic lyceums, heads of departments, and subject teachers made presentations on the topic.
