A "CAREER DAY" WAS HELD AT THE SAMARKAND STATE UNIVERSITY OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, LIVESTOCK AND BIOTECHNOLOGY IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE EMPLOYMENT OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES IN THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR.
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Committee for the Development of Veterinary Medicine and Livestock, the Samarkand Regional Khokimiyat, the Samarkand Regional Branch of the Civil Service Development Agency, the Samarkand Regional Main Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment, and regional departments held a “Career Day”.
Today, the University has a total of 5,805 students, of whom 860 are graduate students.
Representatives of more than 100 enterprises and organizations in the Republic participated in the event with vacancies to ensure the implementation of the resolution of the Head of State “On Additional Measures to Promote Employment of Graduates of Higher Education Institutions” adopted on February 14 of this year.
At the "Career Day", employers provided detailed information to university graduates about the conditions created for them, the qualifications and skills required for work. As a result, contracts were signed with 502 students.
