In order to assess veterinary education based on the standards of the European Association of Veterinary Educational Institutions (EAEVE) and adapt it to this system, ESEVT expert, consultant of Mars Company, (London, Great Britain) Dr. Lynne Victoria HILL and ESEVT coordinator, VEE representative of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca (Romania) Prof. Marina SPINU visited the university and got acquainted with the activities of modern veterinary, animal husbandry and biotechnology educational and scientific laboratories, such as “Microbiology and Virology”, “Product Processing”, “Biotechnology”, “Pharmacology and Toxicology”, “Hematology”, “Pathomorphology”, “Feed Analysis and Zoohygiene”, “Poultry, Fish and Bee Diseases”, “Veterinary Specialists Training Center”, as well as the Simulation Center, Anatomy Museum, Veterinary Clinic and Scientific Innovation Center (Mega Project) provided by the World and Islamic Development Banks at the university.


During the visit, they inspected the material and technical base of these laboratories, the system for organizing practical training, and the use of modern diagnostic equipment. They got acquainted with the effective use of laboratory equipment and facilities in the educational and research process and gave their advice.
