INTERVIEWS WERE CONDUCTED WITH PERSONNEL CUSTOMERS.

During the visit, experts organized an “Interview with Personnel Customers” with representatives of educational institutions and industry organizations that have a need for personnel in the direction of the planned new educational programs.

Representatives of general secondary, secondary specialized and vocational educational institutions participated in the meeting and expressed their opinions on the relevance of opening a new educational program, the current need for this program in the labor market, the participation of personnel customers in the process of developing the program, and the professional competencies expected of graduates.

During the interview, issues of ensuring the inextricable link between the educational program and practice, training qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of employers, and the formation of knowledge, skills and competencies necessary for the future professional activities of graduates were discussed in detail.
