SAMSUVMLB CELEBRATED MAY 9 - DAY OF MEMORY AND APPRECIATION WITH DIGNITY

The Day of Remembrance and Honor is being duly celebrated throughout our country, and events are being held in enterprises, organizations, and educational institutions. The purpose of this is to commemorate the defenders of the Motherland, to appreciate the selfless people among us, the teachers who work hard and productively to ensure a peaceful life and prosperity, and thereby to express gratitude for our peace. This spiritually stimulates a person, encourages him to serve his homeland with loyalty and determination.
This was once again demonstrated at the spiritual and educational event held at the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnologies under the slogan “Duty, Courage, Fortitude!” dedicated to May 9 - the Day of Remembrance and Honor.

The event continued in the university's Palace of Culture, and the rector of the university, Professor Khudaynazar Yunusov, congratulated everyone on the holiday, noting that this date, called the Day of Memory and Honor, has become a national holiday and a true tradition in our country, and that the concepts of memory and honor correspond to our true national values, and are both religious and human traditions inherited from our ancestors.

On the occasion of May 9 - Day of Memory and Honor, the honored fighters of the International Union, who made a great contribution to the struggle for the peace and prosperity of our country, as well as a group of professors, teachers and employees currently working at our university, were awarded with certificates of appreciation and souvenirs.
The songs performed by the creative youth of the university gave an even more uplifting spirit to the event.
