"OPEN DAY" FOR SCHOOL GRADUATES - AN IMPORTANT STEP TOWARDS A FUTURE PROFESSION

On April 30, 2026, as part of Youth Day, the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock and Biotechnology organized an “Open Doors Day” event for graduates of regional general education schools at a high level. The event was held under the leadership of the rector of the university, Kh. Yunusov.

This event was held on the basis of the plan-schedule approved by the governor of Samarkand region A. Boboyev dated April 20, 2026 No. 01-07/435, and students from the regions actively participated in it.

During the event, accompanied by the leadership of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Technologies, graduates were provided with detailed information about the university's educational areas, existing faculties, modern educational and laboratory base, scientific and research work, and the conditions created for students. The participants were also closely acquainted with the university territory, auditoriums, laboratories, and places where practical training is held.

The “Open Doors Day” served to help young people make an informed choice of their future profession, familiarize them with the higher education system, and increase their interest in science and innovation.

At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions from experts and professors.

Such events are important in guiding the younger generation to choose the right profession, developing their intellectual potential, and ensuring effective integration with higher education institutions.
